This problem, where longer hero titles become left aligned on mobile, was fixed by your support team previously, but then was accidentally unfixed by one of your technicians who worked directly in my wp backend. In that ticket I made it clear three days ago that I urgently need someone to either give me the css I need to fix the issue or, preferably, go in themselves and sort this problem in the back end.
A reminder of issue: "On mobile, the longer titles are aligning left in the showcase / home page. This problem persists once the project is opened. The titles should be centered, no matter the length."
Hello Xavier, is it possible to upgrade the theme to 1.5 the latest. We made a fix for long titles on mobile however I cannot recall if you had to modify the theme's files.
The latest version of the theme is available for download from envato. Changes are listed in the change log at the bottom of the presentation page.
You can remove the theme in the WP dashboard and install the new version.The content and options are not erased between upgrades.
Backup your theme before to be on the safe side.
Alternatively, you can unpack and copy via ftp the latest version.
the folder location is wp-content/themes/
If you did custom work and modified the theme files, you have the merge the changes.

I appreciate that that WOULD be a solution to the problem, but I really need a fix on this existing install, as I am too busy on another project, so I can't take the time to deal with backing up, potentially ruining the live site... I'm four days over on this job as it stands. I really just need a css customizer fix for this so I can move on. I appreciate that you're more inclined to support your most recent release, but I purchased this theme only a couple months ago, and I really need help with what I bought.
If I could please get a response before the weekend, I'd really appreciate it. The support team's been so amazing right up until this issue, usually responding within 2 days, so I set the client's expectation that by the weekend we'd have this sorted. Is is possible to provide me a CSS fix for my existing installation please?
