I just downloaded your theme a few days ago for a friend who is creating a video production company. I'm a web developer, especially on WordPress, based in France. 

I don't use to buy templates so maybe i'm not enough "up-to-date" but I have troubles with your page builder system. 

Even if I use Gutemberg builder or WpBakery builder, I'm having a terrible user experience to edit my content. It's seems that functions are missing but my console tell me is not... I already downloaded the new update V-1.2 (18.09).

I can't give access to this back office panel to my friend, he will not be able to add portfolio items by himself (I can't do it either). So please, tell me I did something wrong and how to get back well organized and intuitive blocks. Otherwise I will ask a refund and build a theme by myself...

Hi Rick. I'm not support, just a user like you, who also loves how this theme looks.

I also had some trouble editing this theme, but it's got easier for me now.

Some ideas:

1) install the demo and edit that. Use a Duplicate plugin to create new portfolio pages.

2) use only the provided Gutenberg blocks, or you might get errors.

3) If you want to install other Gutenberg plugins, you might need to turn off AJAX in the theme settings.

4) If you use WP Bakery, you have to turn off AJAX and use the provided child theme. See the docs for more info - and - more info here.
