if you want to use justified grid template try opening gallery-justifiedgrid-page.php and add
<!-- Container -->
<div class="container">
<?php the_content(); ?>
</div>
<!-- /Container -->
between lines 27 and 28
that will display also the page content, not only the gallery you setup in page options
