    Hi,

    Yo can see the trouble in home page. We never show the scroll efect and the menu movil is broke. The trouble is with vc_composer and if you go to blog page, there is no vc_composer content

    This indeed breaks the js execution therefore the smooth scrolling effect.

    Are you using Visual Composer tabs element in one of the page sections?

    Here is a similar pb with the fix:

    Found the issue. Here’s the fix:

    You need to disable rights Visual Composer for products. (VC Settings > Role Manager)

    We still have problems with the scroll and the menu in the mobile version. We don't have product rights as you say...

    THIS IS VERY URGENT, OUR CLIENTS CAN'T ACCES TO THE MENU IN MOBILE...

    Is it possible to provide wp admin credentials in a private comment? It's a visual composer issue, not the theme.

    this is what you get in js console when you click  a menu item which breaks the smooth scrolling effect

    I can see you are using VC tabs in Esencia and Experiencia. Can you replace them? They are deprecated.

    ¿What do you mean with replace them? Do we need to update the visual composer for the site, or only for Esencia y Experiencia? ¿How?

    You just need to replace the tabs in the page content. there are tabs elements in these pages. Do you know what what I'm referring to?

    But when you say replace it, do you mean eliminate them and create them again?

    Does this afect to the menu for mobile also?

    No, I mean remove just the tabs and use something else instead. That's the fix.

    Those tabs are causing the menu error on mobile.

    But those tabs are part of visual composer, they should work, as we use them in other pages...
