    I just downloaded and installed this Theme and I now have zero idea how to edit it and make it my own. I'm completely lost as this is my first time working with Wordpress and purchasing a Theme. I want to recreate the live preview I initially saw before purchasing the theme for myself.

    Hello,

    In your case best is to recreate the live demo.

    to do that you need to import the demo data provided with the theme and use wordpress importer tool.

    Follow the steps described in documentation or send us wp admin username and password in a private comment to help you with the demo.

    thanks

    Thank you.

    Hello Matt. Done

    for some odd reason the redux framework plugin (which provides access to theme options and page options) was not installed properly.

    I reinstalled it and everything is in order. The theme options are available in Appearance -> Theme options or customizer.

    Thanks

    Thank you.

    Hello Matt,

    Glad that the site is taking shape

    1. Make sure you have a featured image assigned for each portfolio item in the portfolio item options

    2. add

    .menu-footer {

        position: absolute !important;

        padding-top: 0px;

         padding-bottom: 0px;

    }

    in theme options -> styling options -> custom css

    the menu is like this by design, to change to full overlay would be custom work to the theme

    3. Open the portfolio page for editing in admin dashboard and paste the link to your page in page options Portfolio Showcase Template tab - Showcase Contact URL field

    4. Add

    #map_cover h1.big-title {

        color: white;

    }

    in theme options -> styling options -> custom css

    5. make sure the contact form exists and is properly inserted with visual composer. plz double check that

    Thanks

    Thank you.

    Well that's easy:

    you need to add your map caption in contact page option , Contact Template tab -> Map Overlay Caption

    Second paste the url of the contact page in Portfolio page options -> Portfolio Showcase Template tab -> Showcase Contact URL. I did that for you.

    Hide custom fields you don't need it

    Thank you.
