What exactly is not working? plz give us more details. 
There is also an error you have in your page: 'Uncaught ReferenceError: Shadowbox is not defined' which may affect negatively the page. Are you using a plugin  - Shadowbox? Is it working correctly?

Also, plz check if your support period has expired. Since Envato has changed the support policy we must comply as well, therefore we need to check for every ticket if the support period is still valid. We will sove this support request but in the future plz buy additional support. Thank you for understanding.
