Great theme! Question: I understand we can only use Youtube for the video background of the home page header. But I find it very laggy. The video takes 3 to 4 seconds to load, during with the background is not quite the prettiest : http://imgur.com/qrimtLY

How can I accelerate the loading time of the video?
How can I customize the background (with a picture for instance)?
Additionnal question:
The call to action button is sized medium. Any way I can make it bigger?

regarding the video is a bit more complicated.
in /js/jquery.mb.YTPlayer.js you would need to define a handler for ready event (line 117) and hide the poster image which you need to set at the initialization in document.ready at the top.
