    Hello,

    we've installed the NERDUCK Theme and installed the recommended and required Plugins as well.

    Now i've tried to upload the Demo content but the PORTFOLIO CONTENT which we actually need is failed. I made a completely reset of the theme and started from zero, but it won't work again.

    Could you please tell us how to fix this problem?

    Hello,

    not very familiar with german but does it actually say that the items already exists? if yes, that\'s fine as long as they were previously imported.

    If you still encounter difficulties send us wp admin credentials and we will import the demo data for you.

    Hello,

    actually yes. But the first 4 rows mean that the import of the \"portfolio_... \" datas has failed. Means that not all of the Import could be installed.
    Now i\'ve recognized, that the required Plugins can\'t be installed too. I guess these problems are connected.

    Maybe I need to solve the problem of the Plugin-installation first?

    Where could be the Problem with the installing of the required and recommended Plugins??

    Yes, for example the Nerduck Functionality Plugin defines portfolio and the main slider as custom types

    therefore if the plugin is not installed the importer will fail importing those types.

    I´m very sorry to bother again, but this theme is not working.

    I bought an new ssl-certificate, for the problem-report told me it was expired.

    I´ve tried to install the required Plugins, before importing the demo-content. (which is just not possible, because the plugins are only visible, if the demo content is uploaded.)

    So none of this did work.

    After uploading the demo-content (as you describe it in the tutorial) the \"portfolio-content\" always fails.

    If there is no solution for this problem, i need to make the purchase undone.

    Hi,

    no worries.

    So: plugins are independent of the theme so they can be installed separately. We can install them for you - although I\'m not really sure I understand what do you mean by \'not working\'

    Second, after you/we installed the plugins we can import the demo content.

    Regarding the refund, we handle the sales exclusively through envato so plz contact them regarding this matter.

    Yes that would be great if you would install them. Because in my Wordpress the Plugins can\'t be found.


    So how can you install the plugins?

    Do you need any information?

    all the plugins required by the theme are in required_plugins folder, they are archived as zip.

    So either we install them via admin dashboard (so admin credentials) or, if the admin does not work, copying files via FTP. so FTP access

    make sure that usernames and passwords are in a private comment

    Oh and another question:

    is there a way to disable the "category link-'all'" at the "portfolio frontage". or at least change the color to white?

    Hello,

    Thank you for buying our theme!

    I hid the portfolio filters with CSS in theme options -> styling options -> custom css

    Not sure what exactly you refer to when you say the demo won't appear. I see there is plenty of (customized) content.
