For some reason the logo seems to be over the top of my menu items? I'm guessing there should be a way to push the menu items either side of the logo, just not sure how to do that.
Also out of interest, what is the site like if I were to use the plugin, WooCommerce?

you may need to set the margins for ALL menu items not just the ones sitting beside the logo.
sorry woocommerce is not integrated yet with Newave you may need to do CSS adjustments for shop, cart and single product pages
