Do you see anyway I could achieve this? I tried the usual way to do with RevSlider, with no success since, I'm guessing, your front page slider doesn't inherit everything from the Slide Template at the bottom of a slide.

Hi there,
you can try embedding videos in the Main Slider content. You may need to handle pause - play events.
