    Dears, good morning.

    I'm trying to install my subject, but I have a problem . I need your help.

    When I try to install the theme for " Wordpress installer " , the following error message:

    " The package could not be installed PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10 ) : . Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature"

    When I try to install the FTP , the following error message:

    " Model missing. "

    How do I install this theme ?

    Hello,

    provide wp admin credentials if possible. Have you bought the html template or the wordpress theme? Sometimes ppl confuse between the two.
