1) It looks like you cant search within these forums/public tickets - am i missing it - it would seem like a very valuable tool and it would help lessen the amount of questions asked of you guys as well.
2) My site host has just upgraded their packages and software - and i want to upgrade it, but they told me they have a newer version of php - is this theme compatible with php 5.5?

Hi there,
You do have a search box in the ticksy welcome page, to search through public tickets.
As long as Wordpress platform runs fine on php 5.5 so is the theme.
