My website (trent theme) is in two languages, and am unable to edit a caption embedded in the contact form in order to translate it. I am referring to this section:
"Want to say hello? Want to know more about us? We would love to hear from you. Give us a call or shoot us an e-mail and we will get back to you as soon as we can." How can I edit this section when switching to another language? (Please see attached screenshot)
Also, I have been unable to find the section that allows me to edit the telephone number. The address and email section have a section to be edited in the theme but the number is no where to be found. ( Please see attached screenshot)
I would really appreciate some help on these issues. Thank you so much!

the first text is the subtitle field of the contact section page.
the phone number can be added in the contact details shortcode which is included in the map section content.
