I am writing to request technical support for the Montoya theme. I have just installed the latest update, but the theme is not functioning correctly on my WordPress installation.
The main issues I am facing are:
Demo Importer: It freezes and fails to complete the process.
Broken Layout: All elements appear out of place and the design is completely messy.
Features Not Working: The parallax window carousels and other animations are frozen/stuck.
Overall Performance: The site keeps locking up or crashing when the theme is active.
I have already tried a clean installation, but the problems persist.
