thanks for putting together a document so detailed.

A lot the items are referring the order of portfolio items (your site vs live demo) so I simply changed that in customizer -> portfolio settings (for example now Rituals follows Sheeran)

The pb with demo images that don't show up even though they appear in the content (with the editor)

That's because the demo content contains the original file URLs which belong t the live demo domain. and browsers are blocking them because of CORS policy. You simply need to replace the images with your own - a thing you need to do anyway.

So I tried accessing the Stories & Contact page on your site via classic menu however there no pbs

Maybe I don't understand the pb correctly.

Now, each page that has Next page navigation section set up - you need to specify the link to your page so modify the options a bit
