Now I see the project if I write it in the URL, but I can't click on the Project Portfolio List. It doesn't open it from here: https://www.combodgtl.com/.
What is the theme version you are running, can you check? Also if you can send us wp admin access in a private comment with full rights using Appearance -> Theme file editor

I have an issue with portfolio's items. It seems that the inner portfolio page doesn't exist, it give me "error 404" when I want to see the preview.

Have you tried refreshing the permalinks (going to admin -> Settings -> Permalinks and just press Save to refresh them?)
