    The email envelope is clickable but doesn't seem to do anything. What can i do to make the envelope icon a hyperlink (mailto:)?

    Hi, best is to get the html code of the shortcode (View Page Source)

    and then wrap the email with href mailto

    you can then insert the modified html code instead of the shortcode.
