URGENT PLEASE I HAVE A LAUNCH 

The theme is nice but this is proving to be a very frustrating experience

Main Problem:

Additional Problem:

When I am using the portfolio projects list, and AJAX is off, it does not work on mobile. If I switch AJAX on, the other sections start bugging.

It has been two days since I replied privately with the credentials and still waiting to hear back. The matter holds urgency.

Can you guys have the basic courtesy to reply?

I removed the projects list, since it was SO glitchy.

Can you add it and check it out?

And hopefully can we sort it out by today?

The section you have added does not show up on the phone unless 'load with AJAX' is active.

Moreover even on desktop, if you click on the projects, they will not open.

And if we activate that, then it messes up the page loading  

It makes mobile scrolling very laggy, but if there is no workaround, I will have to be okay with it.

Different bug with what you have done though - now the page has extra width and scrolls horizontally too. Can you please fix it? Also can you make the project list full width?

This is very inconvenient, and honestly unprofessional. My launch is being delayed everyday.

Please do that. But that does not solve the problem of horizontal scrolling on desktop  There is literally space on right side which comes on scroll.

Also I would like you to check the mobile version after switching off smooth scrolling - if project list plugin is still working.

This is not helping! The mobile is now not showing the project list and on desktop the horizontal extra width is still there. Are you just ignoring this?

1. This is a portfolio based theme -- With two options to add portfolio sections to pages - and both do not work
2. Expand list can only be used once and portfolio list adds a horible horizontal scroll and works only with Ajax and smooth scrolling which is glitchy
3. Support ignores these problems and takes 3 days to reply

If this is really how it is going to be, just please let me know  I will rebuild on a theme from some other developer. Cause I cannot keep waiting on you to reply, for you to ultimately ignore half the problems.

It has been TWO weeks and there has been zero resolution. Honestly it has gotten worse  What kind of a portfolio theme is this?

My guy, money is not the point here. I have spent time building it. Uploading the portfolio. If there is NO solution, then I will build it on a new theme again with the refund. But if there is, let me know.

Also, I figured if you disable smooth scrolling, the horizontal scroll disappears - but that ruins a lot of other things. Just letting you know in case it helps.

I have duplicated the page and removed the section  Please fix the bug on the backend. Meanwhile i am taking it live without the portfolio

Hey. There are too many bugs. Let it be, honestly. I have figured out a work around using other plugins and removing the glitchy sections by nanotech.

I do not have time to build a new website from scratch, as my launch is already delayed.

Given the circumstances, I would request a refund - while still retaining the license. I also completely understand that it is something that you do not want to do. If so, no problem. If yes, please let me know.
