    How can I add a portfolio as a section to a page (This page is not a single-page homepage)?

    Hi, you can try having a page with Portfolio template

    The page content will appear underneath the portfolio items

    or alternatively you can modify the 'portfolio-page.php' to arrange the template as you swish.
