There is a weird thing happening when I view the site on my phone. This black bar next to the number is showing and it does not show on my computer. I am attatching mobile and computer view

No, I do not. I removed the " <a> and then my number "</a> and that black thing disappeared but then on my computer my number isn't in the box.

I just want the box to be clean looking on both devices

I fixed it but now on my site, my number is not in a big box. This is what I have now:

No, because it is not fixed! I still see a weird black thing next to my phone number on mobile devices and I want to fix it
