How can you show comment box that the reader on my blog can leave the comment? I do not remember disabling it.
Also, when I open my site from mobile phone, I can show the top header by clicking on three bars, and immediately it opens and closes the header. Can you please help?
Thank you. So the comment will be only for new postings correct? Also, I am not sure what bootstrap is but I do not have anything running on my site. I had another wordpress under /new but I deleted the files under the folder so I only have main folder, www.eecsl.com to be the wordpress site. Thank you.

You can turn on / off comments for all blog posts. check the article.
