I could not pinpoint the source of the pb because the console does not give any error.

I suspect the SDM downloads button is interfering (Newave shortcode should be displayed with a pop-up). Disable it temporarily and try again.

It may, although I think most likely something changed in the site config.

Anyway, just uninstall the reinstall the theme, theme options and posts are not lost during this process. If you modified the theme files, then the changes are lost. Otherwise you're fine.

But: make a backup of the theme options first just to be on the safe side.
