Something that I didn't noticed before buying this theme... and I'm very disapointed now, is that this theme has several issues when it comes to mobile browsers, as Mozilla Firefox for Android.
For example:
-Progress bar do not fill at all (remain unfilled).
- Clients display show all the quotes in one shot, but only one picture.
- Counter has no parallax effect working (for this, I could say its good as it is).
- When connecting to the website, sometimes it load the homepage for an infinite time (even with good internet connection or good mobile specs).
- Portfolio categories buttons do not work at all, they only bring back to the top of the page.
- etc.
Is it possible to fix it ? Or maybe to turn off the parallax for Mobiles ?
Hi, you are really the first one reporting this issue which happens only on firefox on android.
we suspect is the caroufredsel which is not our work.
the sections with carousel (or shoertcodes with carousel ) have equivalents in the non-carousel implementations, see the main demo.
Have you removed the sections containing the carousels and you still see the same pb? Do whatever you wish we are not forcing you to do anything, I was merely asking you a question.
Thank you very much for your kind answer. Indeed, the caroufredsel was causing the bug for the other elements of my page, especially for the "progress bar" which did not work at all. (for remember, it also doesn't on your "new demo" in the live demos).
If I am the first one reporting this problem, I would add that I have noticed this issue on several devices running firefox android (Samsung Galaxy Note 2, Xperia Z1, Xperia Z3, Samsung Galaxy S4).
Another point: you mentionned the "shortcodes" section but I do not see all the elements I could be interested in. As far as I am not a programmer, is it possible to get/buy shortcodes and implement it (easily) on the my theme ? Maybe I will have to modify some css documents ? Otherwise, may I ask you where can I find/buy some codes to make my theme just perfect ?
Hi, yes it's firefox on android which does not like the carroulfredsel
But for example carousel team member shortcode can be replaced with team member shortcode which is available in the theme. Services carousel with services. So if you look in the initial newave demo you will see the corresponding sections but without carousels which were introduced later. Do you need the code for those sections? (if you don't want to build them from scratch)
History parallax style unfortunately is not available :(

Hi, try removing sections containing the carousel (team carousel, services carousel, testimonials carousel) and let us know.
