to the best of my knowledge the clip effects are defined as

.clip-effects {
     overflow:hidden;
     clip-path: inset(4% 10% round 40px);
}

for desktop resolutions and 

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {

     .clip-effects {
          overflow: hidden;
          clip-path: inset(2% 5% round 30px);
      }

}

for mobile

so plz change these and add the code to customizer -> additional css
