you can change the hero title (the big title at the top) in page or portfolio options, Hero Section tab. you need to edit the item in admin (classic 'Edit', not 'Edit with Elementor' - if you have Elementor installed) and then scroll past the editor area until you see the page options (or portfolio options if you edit a portfolio item). Click the Hero Section tab and you will see the hero title & subtitle.
