I have uploaded client logos (in a default template) but by default they seem to be active links that redirect to the Home Page. How can I disable that option and make the logos completely non-clickable? Thank you!

you don't use the client shortcode properly, you have only the client header but not the client descriptions. the link is meant to display the description/testimonial associated with a specific client logo.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand this. I actually dont want these logos to be an active link, i think it confuses the user because it acts like a rollover and link but if you click nothing happens, and i dont want any testimonials associated with them. - i have a different section for that. I really just to be able to add and delete logos.

Do you want to have only the logo image with a link to the client website?
If yes, do not use the client testimonial slider. Just create 3 columns and insert in each column the logo image with the link, like this example:
<a href=" client url here ">
</a>
To create a perfect 3 col based grid, images should have the same dimensions.

I just DONT want the logos to have a link.
Then DONT use the shortcode
you can alternatively take the current html output and remove the links and re-add it to the page content
