Hi,
first message is related with the main menu.
go to Appearance -> Menus and make sure the current menu is assigned as 'Main Menu' (tickbox underneath)
second message is related with the twitter feed
make sure you have the right settings in Oauth Twitter Feed for developers plugin as described in our docs.
