You need to replace the demo images scattered throughout content with your own, coming from media library. Browsers are blocking them because of the CORS policy.

Looks like the Contact page is created with Gutenberg and is being edited with Elementor, again a mixup with demo data - I guess you cannot even edit it properly using the plain text editor.
That's correct, however you deleted the unwanted pages and portfolio items. Looks like you kept the old Contact page. Can you review the pages that you don't need or built with Gutenberg from the prev import and delete them? (from the Trash as well)
1: I am unable to update the images in the about page(https://promoframegifts.com/giftcity/about-2/).
2: In the showcase list page (https://promoframegifts.com/giftcity/showcase-list/) I am unable to provide link to each product product page.
3: in the end of a portfolio of a specific item the next portfolio is shown but it is not linked to that item (Eg: https://promoframegifts.com/giftcity/serano_portfolio/lanyards/)

thanks for the login info I was able to access the backend.
first and foremost it looks like you imported Gutenberg demo data and try to edit it with Elementor.
that's why you cannot modify images in About page.
We can import and setup Elementor demo data free of charge.
But if you can cleanup the content - I see that you created numerous portfolio items but on the other hand we want to avoid duplicates.

Oops. Is it possible to retain the portfolios before importing the demo data for elementor. Adding back all the portfolio is going to be a huge task
