    Hello! When I open the page of any element of the portfolio, I see in the link website.com/manifesto_portfolio/portfolio_item

    Please tell me how I can change ‘manifesto_portfolio’ to ‘portfolio’

    so that the link is displayed when opening any element of the portfolio:

    website.com/portfolio/portfolio_item

    Hello Oleksandr,

    You can go to customizer -> portfolio settings to change the custom slug. Just enter your own and after saving the changes go to Settings -> Permalinks and press 'Save' to refresh them.

    In order to completely remove it you may want to use a plugin:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/remove-cpt-base/

    When you chose a portfolio slug make sure it does not conflict with other slugs (for example a page 'Portfolio' that has the slug 'portfolio')
