Issue with Default Pages Missing After Theme Upload

    Hello,

I recently purchased the Niran - Creative Portfolio Theme from ThemeForest and uploaded the custom theme to my WordPress site. However, after successful installation, I encountered an issue where the default demo pages did not appear as expected.

Currently, only the Privacy Policy and Sample Page are visible in my WordPress dashboard. We were expecting to see the default pages, such as Home, About, and Portfolio, to assist us in customizing the theme further.

Here’s what we’ve tried so far:

    1. Installed and activated all required plugins for the theme.
    2. Looked for an option to import demo content, but were unable to locate it.

Could you please provide guidance on how to properly import the demo content so that we can access the default pages and layouts? If there is a manual process, an XML file, or further documentation we should follow, kindly let us know.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

If you can provide wp admin access we can import demo data free of charge. This will give you a snapshot of our live demo you can start customizing from. Just specify the editor of preference Gutenberg or Elementor.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

We finished setting up the demo data, please verify.

You need to replace the demo images scattered throughout content with your own, coming from media library. Browsers are blocking them because of the CORS policy.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

most of portfolio page templates are not editable. You edit these pages indirectly by adding/modifying portfolio items under admin -> portfolio

But in case of creative portfolio you can use Portfolio Mixed instead

    Thank you.

    https://prnt.sc/QH1CqRrZ3J5h

you need to change that to one of the portfolio page templates.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

it looks like the images and other media files (fonts etc) are delivered from a cdn, therefore a different domain name, therefore the browser is blocking them

    Thank you.

You can also use a plugin such as W3 Total Cache to enhance the speed and content caching performance of your site.

    Regarding 'niran_portfolio'

You can go to customizer -> portfolio settings to change the custom slug. Just enter your own and after saving the changes go to Settings -> Permalinks and press 'Save' to refresh them.

In order to completely remove it you may want to use a plugin:

    Thank you.
