but we can help configuring demo data free of charge if you can provide wp admin access in a private comment. I assume you intend to use Gutenberg.

On the other hand, try replacing hero images for ALL portfolio items with images coming from your domain/media library, on some sites the webgl will complain about images coming from a different domain due to a enforced CORS policy.

You can change the hero image in portfolio item options and you can find the original demo images there (imported)

 the wording "THE MANIFESTO PORTFOLIO WEBSITE Experience the perfect blend of creativity and functionality" can be changed in page/portfolio item options, not in the content. So when you edit (simple Edit and not Edit with Elementor) the page/portfolio  item and scroll past the editor you will see the options panel and Hero Section tab. There you can change the hero title and subtitle displayed in the top hero section.

the hero section has an autoplaying video. It is a self hosted video in .mp4 format (and/or .webm format, preferably both)

you can specify direct links to video files in portfolio item's options, hero section tab (you should enable video first there)
