So I built a test site with Serano, on my test URL here https://temp.vishymoghan.com/. It is very nice to look at as a base, I used some of my own photo, which ultimately I would be using of course. But I was very surprised to see how badly the template works on mobile devices, especially on the phone it is completely unusable. I don't understand why it crops images so badly for a start. I would like you to look at the site on a desktop and then look at it on a tablet and then a phone. It looks really messed up. As a template that is sold as ideal for photographers and portfolio shows it needs a huge amount more ability and flexibility to show images. No one shoots photos with the main subject always in the very middle of the frame as the images in your demo are in every case. In my work, a large number of the main subject are to one side or the other and so on, and that is the case with pretty much every professional photographer's work. Now if there is trick to stop the very weird and pointless crops I would very much like to find out. As you can see from the screenshots attached and no doubt you will see if you went to the site, the phone appearance is totally unacceptable. As a photographer I certainly can't present my folio with the crazy crops and placements on the screen. What solutions can you offer? because without a full solution this theme is a terrible waste of money and I certainly can't use it. Also in the screenshots the showcase grid page is cropping all but your demo images to a point where they are useless. Please let m know.

Sure where do I do that? I can never find the return page. And I still haven't had the refund from the previous one...

Hi I sent the request to Themeforest for the refund on my original mistaken order, not sure if they repaid it, but now I also asked for a refund on Serano and I'm still waiting. Any idea how long this takes?
