    Good evening,

    I am using one of your templates, namely SERANO, specifically the CHILD version, to create a website for a client of mine.
    I leave you the link to the site.

    I am encountering a series of problems with it:

    - First of all, regarding the typography, I see the text partly grey and partly white, I would like it all white;

    - another problem I am encountering is with the footer, the default one does not allow me to insert links, consequently I disabled it and created a new one with the Elementor Builder header/footer plugin, I do not have the pro version of this plugin. However, despite having entered method one in the settings regarding the display, I checked the option to see the footer throughout the website, when I make it visible on my site I have problems with the menu, in the sense that I can no longer view it and I cannot look at the items in it.

    - another problem concerns the mobile display. The site is not visible well, I always encounter the typography problem, partly gray partly white And the page relating to BOOK THE VISIT, is badly visible compared to how I see it from the PC, the box disappears, but I only see the wording "September Coming soon, ...".

    I hope you can help me with these problems of mine.

    Thanks,

    Mariarita

    Hello Mariarita,

    Thank you for sharing the link to us.

    1. if it is related to Bibliografia

    https://prnt.sc/EPmvBffX1hVB

    then you should the following in customizer -> additional css

    .light-content li, .dark-section li {

        color: #fff;
    }

    2. we recommend adding the links in the copyright text. it's not good to replace the existing footer because it contains hidden elements required by our theme to work, very important

    or if you opt for Elementor Pro and you create a footer it will be displayed above the theme's footer

    3. that's because of the content length. It makes sense to display thecalendar boxes in a single column otherwise the they will be very small and barely visible

    https://prnt.sc/pzNv8Um0mYFc

    for instance you can disable top section part (hero section) that contains the title of the page this will bring up the calendar boxes.

    Thank you.

    Thanks so much for the reply, but I don't think I was able to resolve anything.

    I attach some screens to show you how I see the site from my mobile phone and how I see it from my PC.

    1. So regarding the partly gray and partly white text, despite your suggestion I still see it half gray and half white, especially on mobile, even though I inserted the additional CSS. https://prnt.sc/-fK3Oh_ftGkM

    It is not a problem that concerns only the bibliography, but all the pages of the site.

    Link where I show you how I see the texts on my cell phone: https://prnt.sc/OZ85lS_cKfxM

    As it should be, I attach the mobile version seen from PC: https://prnt.sc/845QG3BdURcq

    The bibliography is still grey: https://prnt.sc/_vAUSgJMpoDA

    2. As regards the footer, I have inserted the default one again, but in the CUSTOMIZE section, in the space dedicated to copyright, how can I insert a link?

    https://prnt.sc/dg0zfpG-3Cc3

    3. The problem with the boxes persists, I'll show you, as on mobile, all the edges of the boxes disappear and you can't see them as on PC, regardless of the shape and arrangement.

    As it should be in the mobile version, seen from PC:

    1. https://prnt.sc/v3OgY7iabt1o

    2. https://prnt.sc/BLo5kwJSKM71

    How do I see the boxes from my mobile phone, which is an APPLE device:

    1. https://prnt.sc/7e9XHcBc_I5A

    2. https://prnt.sc/EoikHsF5XYxq

    At first I thought that the problem concerned Apple devices, but I also checked the problems from an ANDROID device and nothing changed.

    Thank you,

    Mariarita

    Furthermore, I would like to know if in the default footer there is the possibility of inserting the logo again. The links to be inserted in the footer, if it is not clear, must go to the words PATRONAGE and PRIVACY, in the sense that these two words must be clickable and take me to new pages

    Hi,

    I gave you this css code

    .light-content li, .dark-section li {

        color: #fff;
    }

    you don't have to translate it to Italian, just paste it as is customizer -> additional css

    try adding this as well

    p, .light-content p, .dark-section p {
        color: #fff !important;
    }

    and tell us if you feel a difference

    You can add the links same way we added theme in our demo site

    Thank you.

    Thanks so much for replying to me. I have now solved the issue of the footer and the text which I saw in white and gray on my mobile phone.

    However, I still have to resolve point 3.

    That is, I don't see the boxes inserted on the website to be mobile, even though they appear in the mobile version from the PC. I leave the links again, I hope you can help me:

    What the pages and boxes should look like, mobile version, seen from PC:

    -  https://prnt.sc/v3OgY7iabt1o

    - https://prnt.sc/BLo5kwJSKM71

    As I see them from my mobile phone, which is an APPLE device:

    -  https://prnt.sc/7e9XHcBc_I5A

    -  https://prnt.sc/EoikHsF5XYxq

    The problem does not only concern my mobile phone which is an Apple device, but I also checked from an Android and I still don't see the boxes, even if I hide the title on the pages.

    Thanks,

    Mariarita

    Try adding the link 'Prenota la visita' as custom menu link in the menu, this way bypassing ajax page transitions

    custom menu link, more info

    I don't have to add links.

    My problem now concerns mobile viewing.

    From my mobile phone I can't see the boxes inserted on the site.

    The boxes are specifically found:

    - in the SYMPTOMS section, from my mobile phone I don't see the box surrounding the text: "IF YOU ARE DIABETIC...";

    - in the TREATMENTS section and surrounds the text: "THE IMPORTANCE OF PREVENTION...";

    - in the BOOK YOUR VISIT section, the boxes in this case surround the "photos/icons" and the text "SEPTEMBER COMING SOON ...".

    I hope I was clear.

    Thank you

    I think the boxes cannot be seen because of ajax page transitions. Either you disable ajax (in customizer -> general settings - try that at least temporarily and give it a test), either you add pages containing the boxes as custom menu links, therefore bypassing ajax page transitions

    Thank you.
