    Hey there,

    I'd like to make the landing zone on the grid showcase page more appealing by either skipping the hero section and loading the portfolio items immediately - or by adding some kind of image or scroll down button to the hero section.

    As the scrolling experience seems to be a bit slower on the grid showcase that would help getting to the content faster.

    I'd be thankful for any help!

    Hi Carl,

    This hero section is actually a cornerstone of the portfolio grid so it cannot be hidden or removed because it is part of the scrolling process in the grid (it's removed with dynamic javascript code after first scroll. The last two slides are added instead.)

    You can actually do is modify this section by going to portfolio-showcase-grid-page.php

    and modify the highlighted bit
