You need to replace the demo images scattered throughout content with your own, coming from media library. Browsers are blocking them because of the CORS policy.

The slider is based on portfolio items. So you basically change the images & videos in portfolio item options.
(just edit the portfolio item. you will see there hero image and if you enable video, the URLs for .mp4 and .webm files)

To add new images to the slider you simply add two new portfolio items.

Same thing applies to the portfolio grid inside you home page. You remove the video portfolio item and and add two new portfolio items

Alternatively you can filter the portfolio items with a portfolio category in page options
