I have purchased the theme Ernest- creative portfolio. In the Main Theme Features, it is mentioned that it has Fast loading speed. So i decided to buy it for my portfolio. But after uploading my work on the theme, it has become super slow. I contacted my host about the problem and they confirmed everything is fine from their end and asked me to contact the theme developer. Please help me fix the issue. How do i make the website as fast and smooth as seen in the preview?
I already have W3 Total Cache plugin running on my website but it is still slow. Its also a feedback from my clients who tried to open the website and it didnt load and they had to refresh it and then it took so much time to load. When the website is opened for the first time it takes alot of time to load, then when you try to open it again then it take comparatively less time but its still slow.
Sure, I understand that you are concerned, but I'm not quite certain how it is related with theme and can they explain why the server is so slow to respond for a Elementor library (which is not included in the theme). I have sent you the screenshot and the metrics in my prev comment.
Its a regular server. It isnt a slow server. Website wouldnt be online if it was not on a server. There is no issue from the host. You should mention in the Main Features that its a slow loading theme instead of fast loading. Its misguiding the people. They have bought the theme, spent so much time on uploading their data and then all they get is website doesnt load or takes forever to load and getting bad reviews from whoever visits their website.

A server can have different bandwdith, load, shared hosting or VPS etc
A server has different parameters of functioning not all servers are all the same.
Take a look at our live demo. Is it slow when you browse it?
