    Hi,

I have two problems that I need to fix:

1- Ajax animations: I really like your preloader and the Harington grid animation. However, I am using Gutenberg and spectra to add some items to the website and this causing an issue when reloading pages. For example, access the staging website to which I have sent you the URL. Go to the main page, access another page then press on the logo and you will see that the page doesn't load properly. i really need a solution because my work is dependent on that animation. We bought the theme for these animations

2- Updating the changes: I am also facing a problem where after pushing the updates, they can only be seen on the website is I am logged in into WordPress and If I open in incognito, these updates are not shown. After several hours or days, these updates are shown on the website.

I need urgent help, thank you

    Hello,

    1. Spectra elements may not be compatible with theme's ajax page transitions. So we advise to disable ajax in customizer -> general settings. You can disable the preloader, too.

    Short explanation:

CSS styles are usually loaded in the header of the page, dynamic js effects in the footer.

When a page is loaded with ajax header and footer stay the same (the original starting page), the content is loaded in an inner container. therefore the header and the footer is not updated.

We recommend using our shortcodes/Gutenberg blocks/Elementor widgets that are guaranteed to work with ajax.

    2. This may not be a problem with the theme, this indicates you have a cache plugin and / or cdn and that the content is flushed periodically

    Thank you.
