    Hello Team, 

    How would I be able to add a button to the homepage  / portfolio overview? 

    Ideally somewhere in the pink marked area. I tried several html snippets in the hero description / hero caption title - it didn't work.

    Hello Mucho,

    Hmm, you can add the html snippet of the button in portfolio item subtitle itself however this will show in all places where hero subtitle is displayed.

    A more practical solution is to modify portfolio-showcase-page.php

    so that you can add the html underneath the subtitle - for example

    Thanks... not sure how to proceed here. 

    Either way, the button should also be on the portfolio overview page, where also the pagination is. 

    Adding the snippet to the subtile is not the same. IT would need to be where the portfolio category is.

    Modifying directly the page template allows you to add any code you want - without going through page options.
