Hello,I asked a refund because the theme is strongly hardcoded with jQuery, so if jQuery is disabled, the theme doesnt work because your whole theme depends on it.
(Example jQuery XHR ajax, while native vanilla fetch() would be more performant for ajax page transitions, like newest swup.js does.)
Also the ThreeJS version provided is deprecated being a 2021 version, while actually the latest is the v. 0.163 - dated 2023, which uses modules and importmap to be more performant, but as while as I tried to update the Threejs included, the theme stopped working.

Also I was guessing why Google Lighthouse scores so bad. Also I guess that the preload animation should only plays only on first load, and not also on each ajax reload, which annoys users.

Yes, we use jquery in our theme. Using exclusively vanilla js is not a requirement. We appreciate your feedback, though.
