I've redirected my domain thecreativekida.com to a webflow domain and while doing so, I had shifted homepage contents to thecreativekida.com/portfolio-2019, which running into the following errors -

Deprecated: Function _default_values is deprecated since version 4.0.0! Use options_class->default_values() instead. in /home/ifg1q9iz7ibz/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5383

Deprecated: Function get_options is deprecated since version 4.0.0! Use options_class->get() instead. in /home/ifg1q9iz7ibz/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5383

Deprecated: Function _default_values is deprecated since version 4.0.0! Use options_class->default_values() instead. in /home/ifg1q9iz7ibz/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5383

    Fatal error: Unparenthesized `a ? b : c ? d : e` is not supported. Use either `(a ? b : c) ? d : e` or `a ? b : (c ? d : e)` in /home/ifg1q9iz7ibz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/editors/class-vc-frontend-editor.php on line 646 There has been a critical error on this website.

Can you please help in resolving this as my entire website is down? I'm also unable to access my WordPress admin login page and getting the third line as a response.

I had also received an error from Wordpress as an email mentioning the following - WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Template Library and Redux Framework.

Let me know what can be done ahead

Hi there, I get this while trying to access the attached URL:

    https://prnt.sc/grPZG_zPyBU-

Are you sure the URL is correct? In any case what is the WordPress and PHP version you are running.

Do you have the Redux plugin upgraded to the latest?

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/redux-framework/

    Thank you.

Hello again, my apologies for seeing this so late.

The home URL has been shifted to thecreativekida.com/portfolio-2019.

    Major issues -
    1. I'm unable to access my WordPress dashboard by loading thecreativekida.com/wp-admin
    2. When logged in from Wordpress.com, my domain thecreativekida.com isn't showing up in connected domains.
    3. On line 646 -

    Fatal error: Unparenthesized `a ? b : c ? d : e` is not supported. Use either `(a ? b : c) ? d : e` or `a ? b : (c ? d : e)` in /home/ifg1q9iz7ibz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/editors/class-vc-frontend-editor.php

But I can't access my code and also have very limited coding expertise.

    Context -
I had received an email from Wordpress dated - 28 Feb, saying that a theme "Redux Framework" has caused a fatal error but the recovery link provided is no longer accessible.

    Other Details -
    WordPress version 6.1.1
    Active theme: Grenada (version 1.4)
Current plugin: Template Library and Redux Framework (version 4.3.26)
    PHP version 5.6.40

I'm unable to access my WordPress admin dashboard and without its access, updating/disabling any plugins seems very unlikely.

I have also been checking ways to reset my WP but without the admin dashboard access, I'm not sure how to proceed ahead. I've even tried using CPanel's file manager to access the plugin and disabling it by renaming it but nothing seems to affect this.

Was earlier trying to reach for WordPress support but I need to pay a yearly fee for live chat/email service with their support center (which is just downright a dirty tactic)

Do you have suggestions to get into my admin dashboard?

    Hello Ashwin

Best, I think, is to gain FTP access to WordPress installation folder.

/wp-content/plugins/ is where all plugins are installed

/wp-content/themes/ is where all themes are installed

you can perform a backup first. Deleting the plugin is definitely disabling it.

    Thank you.

Thanks for the update. Before I do this, just wanted to ask if deleting Redux plugin will result in any URL error at thecreativekida.com/portfoli-2019.

If yes, then how do I load the website? Change the theme?

So my rationale is that you should do whatever is necessary to gain access to the admin dashboard. Therefore if you delete the Redux plugin you may eliminate the errors related to it. You can always re-install it later.

You can also delete the theme and reinstall it later but be careful, if you modified the theme's files for custom work purposes, you will lose the changes.

    Thank you.
