I think you installed theme but you did not import demo data which gives you a snapshot of our live demo. if you can provide wp admin access in a private comment we can set it up free of charge - you just need to specify the content builder - Gutenberg or Elementor. we do recommend Gutenberg as it is more AJAX friendly. Again, make sure the comment is private.
