To add a new Showcase Carousel in a different page, you should set the page template to Portfolio Carousel 

and the portfolio items will be displayed automatically as carousel.

Moreover, you can display different categories there. So for example in one carousel you can display a category and in the other one you can display a different category.

There is a category filter in page options where you can set one or multiple portfolio category slug(s)

you can define portfolio category filters in admin -> portfolio -> category
