All pages are having light menu when having dark background. However, landing page is having dark menu and I can see when I disabled "Humpton Gutenberg Blocks" the menu went to light.
I noticed that you have a section that was hidden on desktop and tablets can you remove it? Because this is breaking the algorithm that inverts the header color when scrolling over (the section that is hidden has a special css class instead of css attribute attached directly to it)

I would like to clarify the menu is light when editing on Elementor. Please see the evidence for the same.
