Just specify if you want the demo data built with Gutenberg or Elementor?

We finished setting up the demo data, please verify.

You need to replace the demo images scattered throughout content with your own, coming from media library. Browsers are blocking them because of the CORS policy.

Editing the theme is fairly easy: you have the portfolio items (under admin -> portfolio) and normal pages with options and content. The most important portfolio options are the hero image and captions (title and subtitles). The content can be edited as for normal  pages, nothing special about it.

Portfolio page templates (carousel, slider, portfolio grid) do not display the content entered in the editor. They just build the layout automatically based on portfolio items options (hero image, hero title, subtitle, background etc) and the options of the page having this template. These options are not configurable through the editor but in wordpress admin.

So these portfolio page templates can  be edited indirectly by adding / modifying portfolio item under admin -> portfolio
