if you want to select several portfolio items to display in a portfolio page template (carousel, showcase etc) you can do that via portfolio category. You can create a category in admin -> portfolio -> categories and assign portfolio items to it.
You can then paste the portfolio category slug in category slug filter field in page options (concerning the portfolio page)

I will create a lot of single items and I would like to choose where to put each one of them. Is there a shortcode or something like these?

Hello Matteo, ok it's about the portfolio classic grid page template
you could add in customizer -> additional CSS
.classic-grid .item:nth-last-child(1) {
left: 0px !important;
}
but check if it does not affect the other pages having this template
