I'm not sure why, but when someone opens my website for the first time you first see this frame for a couple seconds in chrome (see attachment). After that the page loads normally

Does someone know how to fix that or what this problem is called?

I also use LiteSpeed Cache, maybe that is the problem? But without the site loads really slow.
