Hello Augusto, great, so I was able to login and I was able to change the hero image in portfolio item's options, Hero section (you need to scroll down a bit past the Yoast SEO settings)

so I logged in again and had a look - the installation seems in order

I just changed the hero images for all portfolio items and then I set up the home page the showcase carousel

Portfolio page templates will not display the content entered in the editor. They just build the layout automatically based on portfolio items options (hero image, hero title, subtitle, background etc) and the options of the page having this template. These options are not configurable through the editor but in wordpress admin.

So you don't edit directly the showcase carousel template in the editor. You just need to create/edit the portfolio items in admin -> portfolio and they will be added automatically to carousel.

try adding the css class 'full' to the top video container or simply set the container width properties to Full Width
