I'd like to have elements similar to team members, used for other presentation. Is there some better widget / control or is this ok? If I should proceed with team memeber carousel, please
1) how do I put more text into it? (it's cropped and I do not want to use the social network icons)
2) how do I put button into it? If I try to have a button shortcode there, it's not rendered
3) is it somehow possible to make the carrousel autoscroll when some items are hidden due to browser windows width?

hello,
best is to use the html output code for the shortcode
so you go and view source of the page and then copy the html code of the team carousel
then you can customize it as you wish and insert it in your page content
also, in /js/scripts.js the carousel is initialized line 181-195 you can set auto to true.
