Hi this theme is very difficult to work with and it is not customizable. NOT user friendly, Usability is poor. I cannot use this theme or customize it to run my website.
I wish to have a refund for this please. I cannot waste any more time on this trying to get things to work. It just doesn't allow for certain basic functions
The gallery and the options to edit said IS POOR! might as well just not use it. As simple as setting all the items in gallery to be set to "fully resolution, and to have it expand on click" CANNOT be done.
I have hundreds of images to upload, this is just not feasible

However, your complaints are a bit vague. To help us understand what is the actual problem can you give us a specific example.
For example which gallery are you complaining about? Do you have a page URL we can inspect?
