I'm using Newave as a one page site. I would like to have a button link from one section (page) to a specific portfolio section - and can't figure out how to do it.
If I use a shortcode button or a direct HTML link to the specific portfolio post, the post opens in a new page with no CSS styling.
I would like the button to open the specific portfolio section within the one-page theme (using paralax) just as if I were to click on the portfolio item within the portfolio section.
Here is the portfolio section: http://www.aqselite.com/#auto-detailing Clicking on "Optimum Coatings" opens the details of that particular "Project" below the portfolio.
Now, what I would like to do is have a button in a different section perform the same task as clicking on "Optimum Coatings" above.

See the button in question here:http://www.aqselite.com/#optimum-pro-coatings
I would like to have the "Details" button open the "Optimum Coatings" portfolio item within the portfolio section.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Hello,
it's a bit complicated to make it work as you wish
first the link to the inline portfolio item does not exist yet (unless you exapnd it)
to make a button smooth scroll to an anchor link just add class "move" to it - that's the easy part
but then you need to add a js onClick handler which does pretty much the same thing lines 572 to 626 do in /js/scripts.js
thanks
Thank you.
